We mean to discuss your strategic orientation topics and concerns with you in order to guide our research studies and consolidate the outcomes together in a joint project.
We favour a hands-on approach, steered by teams experienced in assignment supervision and delivery across all our areas of intervention (strategy consulting, business alignment, operational efficiency…).
Operational deliverables and visible on-field improvements delivered by our teams are the hallmarks of our projects. We select the right expertise and design appropriate-sized teams to fit your deadlines and achieve budgetary balance objectives for your projects.
We aim to complement our consulting teams by a dynamic ecosystem of partners (FinTech, AssurTech, RegTech, AI…) to design innovative offers and operational approaches.
We can also negotiate partnership agreements to reinvest a fraction of the turnover generated with your company to fund research topics dedicated to your strategic stakes and concerns.
School networking
We are positioned as partners for business schools and universities. Networking with schools through interventions with students allows us to pass on our know-how, for example through:
- Speeches given at Edhec, ESCP, Kedge, Sciences Po Aix (within the communication certificate course on CSR Topic) and studies with HEC
- Courses given at Financia BS (on going): module on Financing strategies for Corporate Finance Master and on the topic of environment and communication in terms of Sustainable Development, Corporate Social Responsibility and Socially Responsible Investing for bachelor’s degree.
